Wonderful local people. Trongsa Dzong. Yangkil and Rema hotels. Meeting with nuns and monks to distribute glasses. Thimpu Dzong. Visiting families. Glass work at the Tiger’s Nest in the guest room. Hikes with guide.
We found Ugyen was extremely helpful in determining the needs of our group. We very much enjoyed the personal care the guide and driver took to cover all the details and communicate what we going to do for the day. We were able to do small service projects along the way by distributing reading glasses to those in need and high elevation sunglasses.
